Delivery Policy

At Dealzen, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. We understand how important timely delivery is, and our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience for every order.
 Order Processing Time:
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
 Delivery Timeline:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Rural or Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, unforeseen logistics delays, or government restrictions.
 Delivery Coverage:
We deliver pan-India to most pin codes via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others.
If your location is unserviceable, you will be notified during checkout or via email after placing the order.
 Delivery Attempts:
  • Our delivery partners will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and link to track your order in real-time.
 Delayed / Undelivered Orders:
If your order is delayed or not delivered within 10 days:
  • Please contact us at  support@dealzenn.store with your Order ID and we will escalate it immediately.

Important Notes:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most products and serviceable pin codes.
  • Under our COD model, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
  • You can pay the delivery agent via cash, UPI, or card at your doorstep.
  • The product will be Instantly Delivered After payment.
